Spinach & Blueberry Smoothie

There are countless smoothie recipies out there. I was looking for a simple quick smoothie to have on the run, a good make and take breakfast type smoothie that would keep you full through to lunch.

In this recipie I am use The Collective Kefir tummy love blueberry pourable yoghurt and baby spinach leaves.

Spinach & Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberry yoghurt (as mentioned above)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup, packed, baby spinach leaves

Whizz together in blender and serve. Makes a large glass, you could add a bit of mint if you wish while blending.
